- 1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 4 ounce can of roasted diced green chiles
- 2 tablespoons Crystal Sour Cream, plus ¼ cup more for garnish
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Combine the beans, chiles, 2 tablespoons sour cream, garlic, and spices together in a small food processor or high speed blender. Puree until smooth.
