Try these deliciously eggy Norwegian style waffles infused with just a hint of sweetness and vanilla flavor.
6 large eggs
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup Crystal sour cream
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 stick Crystal unsalted butter, melted
⅛ teaspoon salt
Non-stick cooking spray or melted butter for cooking

Your favorite jam
In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until thoroughly combined.
Add in sour cream and melted butter until mixture is smooth. Let mixture rest for 20 minutes before making the waffles.
Heat the waffle iron and spray with non-stick cooking spray or coat with butter.
Pour ¼ cup of the batter onto the waffle iron, close, and cook until golden brown.
Top the waffles with sour cream and your favorite jam. Note: Norwegian waffles are usually made with a heart-shaped waffle iron, but if you don’t have one, a traditional waffle iron works just as well.
