Overnight Blueberry Almond Oats

Overnight oatmeal is not only super delicious but also quick and easy. Breakfast is served.

  • ¾ cup Crystal milk
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • ⅛ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 drops pure almond extract
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons toasted, sliced almonds
  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • Step 1

    In a glass jar or any container with a lid, combine milk, oats, blueberries, brown sugar, lemon zest, vanilla, almond extract and a pinch of salt. Secure the lid and shake. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

  • Step 2

    When you are ready to serve, top with the almonds and drizzle with honey.
