Supporting Central Valley Athletes

We were thrilled to sponsor Central Valley’s very own Sheryl Ann Padre as she took on the Every Woman’s Marathon this past November. We followed Sheryl Ann’s inspiring training journey and shared her progress on social media as she trained for the six months leading up to the race. She successfully crossed the finish line in Atlanta—showcasing her hard work and dedication in this empowering annual event that celebrates strength, perseverance, and community.

Bones Love Milk: Fueling Young Skaters

We are proud to sponsor the annual Bones Love Milk event in the Sacramento area, highlighting the importance of proper nutrition for young athletes. These high-energy skateboarding events inspire young athletes to stay active and build strong bones and bodies by fueling up with milk—because strong bones are key to doing the sports they love. From half-pipes to healthy habits, we’re proud to support the next generation of athletes.

Helping Community Soccer Thrive

We’re excited to continue our partnership with Sacramento Republic FC as a lead sponsor for their Youth Club Program. This program offers private camps and clinics with top-tier training and support for youth soccer organizations throughout the Central Valley, helping to inspire and develop over 2,000 young players across the region.

We’re also proud to partner with Republic FC’s “Goals for Good” program, donating money for every goal scored to support local community initiatives. And of course, you’ll find us at Heart Health Park all season long, serving up Crystal ice cream to keep Republic FC fans cool on those hot Sacramento match days.

Supporting Student Athletes

One of our most valued partnerships is with the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF). Since 2012, Crystal Creamery has sponsored the Sac-Joaquin Section, expanding in 2019 to include the Central and North Coast Sections, and in 2024, adding the Northern Section. Our sponsorship now supports more than 300,000 student athletes from over 600 high schools across Central and Northern California, spanning from Bakersfield to the Oregon border and the Pacific Coast to Nevada.

In addition to providing financial support, we’ve helped recognize the hard work and achievements of nearly 700 section champion teams, scholar athletes, and Section Hall of Fame members.

Crystal’s Favorite Pastime: Baseball

We’re proud to sponsor local baseball, bringing families and friends together for some good old-fashioned fun. Crystal Creamery supports the Sacramento River Cats and the Stockton Ports, two minor league teams committed to celebrating community champions and investing in youth.

This past season, we partnered with the Sacramento River Cats on their “Doubles Donations” campaigns—where donations were made for every double hit. Through these efforts, we contributed $5,000 to the Sacramento Food Bank, supporting their mission to feed local families in need.

Bringing Dairy Education to Life

We recently teamed up with the Dairy Council of California (@healthyeatingca) to bring a special Mobile Dairy Classroom to H. Clarke Powers Elementary School in Loomis, CA. Over 500 students got a fun hands-on lesson about where their food comes from and the role milk and dairy play in everyday nutrition. Our mascot, Cool Cow, even joined the festivities, making it a delicious day of learning—with, of course, lots of chocolate milk!

Accessible Nutrition For All

At Crystal Creamery, we’re dedicated to nourishing families—whether it’s around their kitchen table, in the school cafeteria, or through local food banks. We believe everyone deserves access to the best nutrition, and we’re committed to donating our products to those in need.

Each year, we donate multiple loads to food banks and work closely with government programs like school lunches and WIC to help bridge the nutrition gap. With increased need this year, we’ve stepped up our efforts to support families and essential workers impacted by the COVID pandemic.

Near and Dear to Our Hearts: American Heart Association

Since 2009, Crystal Creamery has supported the American Heart Association’s signature event in Modesto, Go Red for Women. This inspiring event focuses on preventing heart disease and stroke by promoting healthy lifestyles, raising awareness, and generating crucial funds for research and education. We’re excited to continue backing this important cause for years to come.
