One-Pot Creamy Mediterranean Chicken


1/4 cup Crystal Creamery Salted Butter

2 chicken breasts

2 Tbsp garlic puree

Salt and pepper

12 oz roasted red peppers, diced

8 oz cavatappi pasta

2 cups Crystal Creamery Vitamin D Milk

1 1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated parmesan

2 cups fresh baby spinach (or 1 cup frozen spinach)


  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium-high heat. Smear chicken breasts with garlic puree, salt and pepper generously. Add to pot and brown on both sides in butter.
  2. Add red peppers, pasta, milk, chicken broth and parmesan to the pot. Cover and cook for 12-14 minutes, or until pasta is al dente. Stir in spinach, cook until warm.
