Papaya Smoothie with Oats and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups ripe papaya, roughly chopped
  • 2½ cups Crystal whole milk or whole lactose free milk
  • ¼ cup whole oats plus more for garnish
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 14 ice cubes

Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Pour in serving glasses. Sprinkle with a few oats for garnish. Enjoy immediately.
