- 2 cups Crystal low fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, divided
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 1½ cup granola
- ½ cup shredded or shaved coconut

Add cottage cheese and ¾ cup fresh strawberries to a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide among 3 meal prep containers.
