Ingredients

  • 2 cups Crystal low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, divided
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1½ cup granola
  • ½ cup shredded or shaved coconut

Directions

  • Step 1

    Add cottage cheese and ¾ cup fresh strawberries to a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide among 3 meal prep containers.

  • Step 2

    Divide remaining berries, granola and coconut into separate sections of meal prep containers.
