- 1 quality chocolate bar of your choosing—milk, chocolate, white
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Crystal Strawberry ice cream
- Flaky salt (optional)

Step 1
Line a baking sheet or plate that will fit into the freezer with parchment paper. Scoop 12 ice cream scoops onto prepared pan and freeze until firm, about 1 hour. -
Step 2
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water. Melt, gently stirring, until smooth. Add coconut oil and mix until combined. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a mug or glass for easy dunking. -
Step 3
Working quickly, skewer the scoops with a toothpick and dip into the chocolate one at a time, and set back onto the lined pan. Quickly sprinkle with flaky salt if desired and freeze until chocolate is set, about 15 minutes.
