What’s better than pizza? Pizza with delicious veggies and a white sauce that's so good, it will become a family favorite any day of the week.
Spread out dough on a greased baking sheet. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine Crystal cottage cheese, garlic and salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Spread the seasoned cottage cheese on the pre-baked dough in a thin layer.
Top with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, spinach, onion, artichoke and basil, saving 1 tablespoon for garnish. Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
Before serving, add garnish of fresh basil and freshly cracked pepper.
