This dip is sure to please any crowd. Great for parties, hot and creamy deliciousness.
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese at room temperature
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Crystal sour cream
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
1 14 ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
½ cup minced red onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheese, and onion. Once those ingredients are combined and creamy, mix in artichoke hearts, salt, and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 400 °F for 20 minutes, or until light brown on top.
