Minty Spiked Milkshakes

These boozy milkshakes are a delicious dessert for St. Patrick’s Day with mint chocolate chip ice cream and Irish Cream liqueur.

  • 2 cups Crystal Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream (4-5 large scoops)
  • 1/4 cup Crystal milk
  • 1/4 cup Irish Cream liqueur (or use milk for non-alcoholic version)

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice cream or milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Pour into 2 glasses.

    Top with whipped cream and green sprinkles. Garnish with a mint leaf.
