Maple Bourbon Eggnog

  • 1 quart Crystal eggnog
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup bourbon whiskey
  • Ground nutmeg, for garnish
  • Fresh whipped cream, for garnish
  • Cinnamon and star anise, for garnish

    Combine ingredients in a large pitcher and chill. Stir before serving. Serve in punch cups and top each serving with nutmeg.

    For a booze-free mocktail:
    Omit the whiskey and add ½ teaspoon rum flavoring, instead.

    Finishing Notes: 
    To create a beautiful cocktail glass, spray the bottom of glass mugs with a quick spritz of nonstick coconut oil spray, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Tap glass upside down to remove any extra cinnamon. Add cocktail ingredients to glass and enjoy!
