Gooey Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons Crystal Deluxe Whole Chocolate Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Crystal salted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Crystal Classic Vanilla ice cream
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish

  • Step 1

    In a medium bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder until fully combined.

  • Step 2

    Whisk in chocolate milk, melted butter and vanilla until mixture is smooth with no clumps.

  • Step 3

    Pour batter into a microwave safe mug. Top with a dollop of peanut butter.
  • Step 4

    Microwave for 50 seconds. Continue to microwave in 10-15 second intervals until cooked.

  • Step 5

    Top with vanilla ice cream and chopped peanuts.
