Creamy Picnic Pasta Salad
Every potluck deserves this salad. Cool and creamy, this combo of summer veggies and ditalini pasta features a zesty sour cream ranch sauce. Or, toss up the flavor and swap the ranch for Italian dressing seasoning. No matter which way you toss it, both kids and adults are going to come back for seconds!

Ingredients
- 1½ cup Crystal sour cream
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 (1 oz.) packets ranch dressing seasoning mix
- 1 (16 oz.) ditalini, cooked
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1 purple onion, diced
- 2 red peppers, seeded and diced

In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and ranch dressing mix.
