Sweetened with maple syrup and creamy vanilla ice cream, this pumpkin milkshake is the perfect fall treat to satisfy that sweet tooth. Brown sugar and cinnamon bring out the pumpkin and will leave you dreaming of fall long after that last sip.
¾ cup Crystal heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup Crystal vanilla ice cream
1 cup pumpkin pie filling
½ cup to 1 cup Crystal milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon dark brown sugar (optional)
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Heavy Whipping Cream
Add heavy cream to a large bowl. With an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add maple syrup and continue to mix until stiff peaks are formed. Set aside.
In a blender, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth (adding just enough milk to desired consistency). Pour into a chilled glass.
Top with a large dollop of maple whipped cream. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
