  • ¾ cup Crystal small curd cottage cheese
  • ½ cup kimchi
  • ⅓ cup sliced Persian cucumbers
  • ¼ teaspoon furikake flakes
  • Green onion, to garnish
  • Chili crisp, optional

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place cottage cheese in a meal prep container. Top with green onion or chives and furikake flakes.
