- 1 cup Crystal heavy whipping cream, cold
- 2 tablespoons granulated or confectioners sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Step 1
Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl. -
Step 2
Beat ingredients using an electric hand mixer on high speed until the cream thickens and stiff peaks form. -
Step 3
Use immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for no more than one hour.
