Homemade Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup Crystal heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 tablespoons granulated or confectioners sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Step 1

    Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl. 
  • Step 2

    Beat ingredients using an electric hand mixer on high speed until the cream thickens and stiff peaks form.
  • Step 3

    Use immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for no more than one hour.
