Note: to make this recipe a “Frankenstein” Dip, arrange dip in a rounded rectangle on the bottom 2/3 of a large platter. Place two dollops of sour cream on dip for “eyes.” Set sliced olives on sour cream to create for pupils. Place 2 large black olives on pretzel sticks near the bottom to create the “neck bolts”. Draw a craggy smile and suture mark with balsamic glaze (or black gel icing.) Arrange purple chips at the top of the platter for “hair.” Refrigerate until ready to serve.
