Chocolate PB&J Oatmeal Bowl

Warm chocolate baked oats, topped with the classic peanut butter & jelly combination. This comforting bowl of nostalgia will make you feel like a kid again!

  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ⅔ cup Crystal Deluxe Whole Chocolate Milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
  • Garnish: chocolate shavings, chocolate drizzle, granola, crushed peanuts, and/or fresh berries and bananas

  • Step 1

    Heat oven to 400ºF.

  • Step 2

    In an oven-safe ceramic cereal bowl, mash banana with a fork. Add oats, milk, cocoa powder, chia, salt, vanilla, baking powder, chocolate chips and salt. Stir until well combined. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until center sets.
  • Step 3

    Remove from oven. While warm, dollop with peanut butter and raspberry jam. Top with any desired garnishes.
