- ½ banana
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup Crystal Deluxe Whole Chocolate Milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
- Garnish: chocolate shavings, chocolate drizzle, granola, crushed peanuts, and/or fresh berries and bananas

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.

Step 2
In an oven-safe ceramic cereal bowl, mash banana with a fork. Add oats, milk, cocoa powder, chia, salt, vanilla, baking powder, chocolate chips and salt. Stir until well combined. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until center sets.

Step 3
Remove from oven. While warm, dollop with peanut butter and raspberry jam. Top with any desired garnishes.
