Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 large bananas
  • 2–2½ cups Crystal Creamery Low Fat 1% Chocolate Milk
  • ½ cup all natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • *Optional: 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder

  • Chocolate Low Fat Milk

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place cocoa powder, bananas, 2 cups of milk, peanut butter and honey (vanilla protein powder if using) and process until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add remaining ½ cup of milk as needed to achieve preferred smoothie consistency.
