- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 large bananas
- 2–2½ cups Crystal Creamery Low Fat 1% Chocolate Milk
- ½ cup all natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- ¼ cup honey
- *Optional: 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder

Step 1
Place cocoa powder, bananas, 2 cups of milk, peanut butter and honey (vanilla protein powder if using) and process until smooth.
