Buffalo Chicken Dip

Perfect for watching the big game or relaxing at a backyard barbeque, this craveably-cheesy dip features a tangy and spicy buffalo wing sauce that pairs perfectly with Crystal's bright and succulent sour cream. Using store-bought rotisserie chicken makes this recipe a breeze. Serve with celery, carrots or chips, and pair it with your favorite ice cold beer or chilled white wine.

  • 1 cup Crystal Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2-3 scallions thinly sliced, whites and greens separated
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • Blue cheese crumbles (optional)

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Step 2

    In a medium bowl mix together sour cream, hot sauce, ¾ cup of cheese, white scallions and chicken. Transfer to a small oven proof baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.

    Bake for 20 minutes and then broil on high for 5 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  • Step 4

    Allow to cool slightly, garnish with green scallions and blue cheese crumbles. Serve with chips and veggies.
