- 1 cup Crystal Sour Cream
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2-3 scallions thinly sliced, whites and greens separated
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- Blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350° F. -
Step 2
In a medium bowl mix together sour cream, hot sauce, ¾ cup of cheese, white scallions and chicken. Transfer to a small oven proof baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese. -
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes and then broil on high for 5 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. -
Step 4
Allow to cool slightly, garnish with green scallions and blue cheese crumbles. Serve with chips and veggies.
