  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • ½ cup Crystal heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons fresh tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley

Products used

  • Heavy Cream

  • Butter

  • Step 1

Thoroughly season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken breasts and cook 5 - 6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (165 degrees). Remove chicken from the skillet, and cover with foil to keep warm.

  • Step 2

Add butter, onion and garlic in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 mins. Sprinkle flour over onions, and stir to coat. Slowly add white wine and cook, stirring, for 2 mins.  Add chicken broth, mustards and heavy cream. Stir to combine. Place chicken back in the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened. Garnish with fresh tarragon and parsley, if desired.
