Sheet Pan Turkey Nachos

Ingredients
- 12 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 pound of ground turkey
- 1 (15 oz) can of black beans, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 cup Crystal sour cream
- 1 7 oz can of corn
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced purple onions
- 1 jalapeño, sliced

Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Top with tortilla chips and sprinkle with cheese.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble turkey. Once browned, add black beans, taco seasoning, and lime juice with zest. Spread atop sheet pan. Top with corn. -
Step 3
Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Top with tomatoes, onion, jalapeno dollops, of sour cream and cilantro. Serve immediately.
