Sheet Pan Turkey Nachos

Taco Tuesday upgraded. Everyone will love this easy weeknight favorite with a twist.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 pound of ground turkey
  • 1 (15 oz) can of black beans, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 cup Crystal sour cream
  • 1 7 oz can of corn
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced purple onions
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced

Directions

  • Step 1

    Heat oven to 400 degrees °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Top with tortilla chips and sprinkle with cheese.

  • Step 2

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble turkey. Once browned, add black beans, taco seasoning, and lime juice with zest. Spread atop sheet pan. Top with corn.
  • Step 3

    Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

  • Step 4

    Top with tomatoes, onion, jalapeno dollops, of sour cream and cilantro. Serve immediately.
