Coffee S'mores Latte

Instant coffee and creamy Deluxe Whole Chocolate Milk come together in this barista-approved S'mores latte. Topped with toasted marshmallows and graham cracker crumbles, this decadent drink will make you feel cozy (and like a kid again!) all year long.

  • 2 graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup instant coffee powder
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1½ cups Crystal Deluxe Whole Chocolate Milk
  • 4-6 toasted marshmallows

  • Step 1

    Place graham crackers in a bag and crush.

  • Step 2

    Rim two 10 oz glass mugs with 2 Tbsp chocolate sauce and graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.

  • Step 3

    In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add coffee. Boil for 30 seconds. Add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Fill mugs halfway with hot coffee mixture.

  • Step 4

    Pour milk into a quart-sized mason jar. Microwave 60-90 seconds, or until steaming. Place lid firmly on mason jar, shake well. Pour hot milk into each mug, use a spoon to top with milk foam.

  • Step 5

    Top with toasted marshmallows, drizzle with extra chocolate sauce.

    Recipe Notes: 

    • If you have an espresso maker, feel free to swap the water + instant coffee for a strong shot of fresh made espresso.
    • To toast marshmallows, place on a skewer and cook over the gas element of a gas stove.
