- One 1-pound package peanut butter sandwich cookies (i.e., Nutter Butters)
- 5 cups large marshmallows
- 4 tablespoons Crystal unsalted butter

Step 1
Place cookies in food processor and pulse until ground. -
Step 2
Melt marshmallows and butter in microwave until puffed, about 1½ - 2 minutes.

Step 3
Remove, stir, and pour in ground cookies.

Step 4
Stir to combine then transfer to a parchment paper lined 8×8 inch baking pan. Let set up for 10 minutes. -
Step 5
Remove bars out of pan with edges of parchment and cut into squares.
