Minty Spiked Milkshakes

These boozy milkshakes are a delicious dessert for St. Patrick’s Day with mint chocolate chip ice cream and Irish Cream liqueur.

Makes 2 milkshakes.

Ingredients:

2 cups Crystal Creamery Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (4 or 5 large scoops)

1/4 cup Crystal Creamery milk

1/4 cup Irish Cream Liqueur (or use milk for non-alcoholic version)

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice cream or milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Pour into 2 glasses.
  2. Top with whipped cream and green sprinkles. Garnish with a mint leaf.
