Minty Spiked Milkshakes
These boozy milkshakes are a delicious dessert for St. Patrick’s Day with mint chocolate chip ice cream and Irish Cream liqueur.
Makes 2 milkshakes.
2 cups Crystal Creamery Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (4 or 5 large scoops)
1/4 cup Crystal Creamery milk
1/4 cup Irish Cream Liqueur (or use milk for non-alcoholic version)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice cream or milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Pour into 2 glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and green sprinkles. Garnish with a mint leaf.
