Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

1 -8oz. package cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Crystal sour cream
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsly chopped
1/2 cup minced red onion
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheese and onion. Once those ingredients are combined and creamy, mix in artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until light brown on top.
