Homemade Whipped Cream

There’s nothing like freshly whipped cream as a topping for cake, pie and hot chocolate.


1 cup Crystal Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream, cold

2 tablespoons granulated or confectioners sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl. 
  2. Beat ingredients using an electric hand mixer on high speed until the cream thickens and stiff peaks form.
  3. Use immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for no more than 1 hour.

Makes about 3 cups.
