Homemade Whipped Cream
There’s nothing like freshly whipped cream as a topping for cake, pie and hot chocolate.
1 cup Crystal Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream, cold
2 tablespoons granulated or confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
- Beat ingredients using an electric hand mixer on high speed until the cream thickens and stiff peaks form.
- Use immediately or cover with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for no more than 1 hour.
Makes about 3 cups.
