Creamy White Bean Dip

Serves: 4-6


2/3 cup reduced-fat Crystal cottage cheese
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 – 15.5-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Combine the cottage cheese, garlic, thyme, beans in a food processor. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Add salt & pepper to taste. Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with pita chips or vegetables.
